Do you ship to EU/UK
No, due to the updated VAT law, we do not ship to EU/UK. For EU/UK customers, you may proceed to our Etsy store over here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/muandcoco/
Returns & Exchanges
At the moment, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges as we are just starting out.
However we really want you to be happy with your order, so if there are any issues, please contact us and we promise we will work something out.
Shipping
All orders will be ship out between 1 - 3 working days after you have placed your orders.
Both Singapore Orders and International Orders will be mail by air via SingPost.
*All international packages will be tracked by default to ensure that they reach you safely.
Mu.andcoco will not responsible for late/lost mail. Strictly no refund will be made.

Enamel Pin Grading Scale
Enamel pins are handmade, hence they will not be 100% perfect. Each pin will be carefully checked and graded to ensure our customers get the best quality pins possible.
◈Standard Grade◈
▹tiny, not noticeable air bubbles
▹very minor enamel under fill
▹light imperfections in the metal plating
▹light scratch on the enamel/metal
▹very small nicks on the enamel/metal
▹some plating imperfections on sides of pin
◈B Grade/Second Grade◈
▹multiple areas of under filled enamel
▹moderately scuffed enamel or metal
▹multiple points of imperfections on the metal plating
▹multiple air bubbles in the enamel
▹missing metal lines
▹unfilled areas of enamel
▹enamel staining on sides or back of pin
▹overfilled enamel that floods some metal lines
